Core Business

Beacon Healthcare Solutions (BHS) is a limited liability company with offices in Baltimore Maryland. BHS provides services to hospitals, researchers, physician practices, drug manufacturers and many other facilities and organizations worldwide.

Our services include:

• Compliance program implementation and ongoing review, e.g., benchmarking, practice analysis, including peer data comparison and audit;
• Due diligence and background information products;
• Facility, physician and staff education;
• Data application consulting services, e.g., national and regional statistics using administrative and clinical data from Federal, State, Third Party health care organizations, and health care providers.

The BHS core business leverages our clinical, technical and subject matter expertise to create information of strategic and operational value from a wide array of different data sources used in the health care industry. BHS is unique because of its expertise in analyzing, aggregating and mining the world's largest medical databases. Because these databases are so complex and their data elements change constantly, BHS has established a proprietary set of Business Rules that allow it to create accurate, and useable data sets and information. The BHS Business Rules are used to transform the raw Medicare database into useful, easy to use data sets which are then made available to our customers for additional customization or simply to research an issue.
